You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We offer two ways to do this:
1. From inside the app (recommended)
If you're signed in to one of our apps, open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the prompts. Deletion completes within 30 days.
2. From here on the web
Use the form below to request deletion. We'll verify your request using the email address tied to your account, then delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. We'll send you a confirmation when it's done.
What we delete
- Account credentials and profile information
- Content you created in the app (photos, captions, settings, etc.)
- Communication history with us, except where retention is required by law
- Usage data tied to your account
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked to you
- Records required to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations
- Information needed to resolve open disputes or enforce our Terms
- Copies in routine backups for up to 90 days before they are overwritten
Subscriptions are separate
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before requesting deletion if you don't want to be charged again.
